The Philosophy

Cooking that follows
the season, not the clock.

We hold a single tasting menu that changes as the market does — a handful of plates, each given the time it deserves. Sourcing is local and named: the farm, the boat, the grower. Nothing arrives that we wouldn't serve to our own table.

“A great evening is mostly restraint — knowing what to leave off the plate.”
Élodie Renaud

Behind the service · Automas

Every booking answered —
even when the room is full.

The site you're looking at can include a quiet reservation assistant: it takes bookings around the clock, holds tables, records allergies for the kitchen and answers hours and directions — so the team stays on the floor and no enquiry goes unanswered.

An optional module Automas builds into restaurant sites. It works in the background; guests simply get a faster reply.
